Delete your account and data
The fastest path is Cartha Hub → Settings → Request account deletion. You can also email the privacy team from the work address associated with your account.
Email deletion requestWhat to include: your Hub work email and organization name. Cartha will verify ownership, remove account access and associated data that is not legally required, and confirm completion by email. Most requests finish within 30 days.
Operational records that a participating organization or Cartha must retain under a documented legal or contractual duty may be preserved only for that duty and are not used for advertising or unrelated product development.
